<> CAIRN Energy .. A good IPO or not ??

Hi,

 

I would like to know whether CAIRN Energy is a good issue to invest some money in or not ? Since the market is looking a bit weak, is this the right time to invest in an IPO. Apologies for asking such stupid questions but i am a newbie to stock markets and hence the concern.
