We can actually convince them to have their site in Unicode. They
create those image files using non-unicode fonts. As said by Harsha,
it may be difficult for them to change to new system (typing telugu
text, etc) at once. If there is a transformer (from the encoding they
are using to Unicode), they can continue to use their way of doing
things but the output can be transformed to Unicode and then published
to the website. They can be ready to change their site to Unicode,
only if that does not involve drastic change in their workflow
methods.
