<> ITC anybody

Dear all,

 

We are now witnessing a regular daily hammering on the ITC counter, due to fear of ensuing scheme to bring tobacco under VAT regime. Now, can anyone thro' some light on when this bill will be introduced or notified . So that we can watch how much more it will take, it is already close to its 52wkL.
