Ummm. no. Not that clever or witty, I'm afraid. It's a typo. I
just can't remember for what, but probably "pluggin'" (The 'g' key is
right above the 'bb')
So it should say --
"...why do ya think I keep pluggin' those darn keyboard covers?"
