I liked "succubutante" myself, but it's quite refreshing to see such
literate writing in what is normally a subcuture (succubuculture) of
journalistic hacks. If only she had found a way to cut it down to a
thousand words.

A tabloid reported this week that the couple would wed in South Africa
in a simple and elegant ceremony with African music. Guests attending,
according to the report, included Oprah Winfrey. "Oprah would not be
invited to their wedding. They are not that close," a source close to
the couple says.
However, Pitt's rep denied the reports:
"It's all made up."

People in the entertainment world are generally there because they have
a driving need for attention. That said, I have respect for Oprah and
her accomplishments, whether I agree with her views or not. I have
none, whatsoever for Tom Cruise. He reminds me of a precocious
five-year-old whose mother encouraged him to display an accomplishment
for the assembled adults and when he was finished and had received his
applause, refused to stop and kept repeating the childish recitation
over and over in order to receive more and more attention. He's
getting a bit long in the tooth for that behavior, but he still doesn't
get it. Instead, as his sweet young brides grow up without him, he
moves on to ever younger and sillier ones, in his search for approval
and attention. Katie, be warned - don't grow up. Don't mature or grow
any ideas of your own or some adorable child, currently in kindergarten
will replace you!

Tori's rummage sale brings media frenzy
By Stone Martindale Dec 10, 2006, 4:02 GMT
Tori Spelling has tapped in to her inner Buddhist, and relieved herself
of some earthly material goods. And the goods were got by cash, check
and credit card proffered by lucky rummagers in Beverly Hills adjacent
Laurel Canyon this past weekend.
Allegedly, due to the unfortunate fact that Poppa Aaron left his little
princess ''less than $1 million'' of his $300 million estate, which her
estranged mother controls, well, time for a chotchtkes fire sale.
The Los Angeles Times reported that after dawn Friday, off Laurel
Canyon Boulevard, in the know bargain hunters began lining up for the
rummage sale of the year.
Local news helicopters hovered above and the turnout of TV cameras and
paparazzi swamped the surrouning areas around la casa de Tori Spelling,
currently six months pregnant with her first child.
Spelling opened her doors to her rental house to anyone who surrendered
their cell phone and gadgets at the door for a chance to buy anything
from used Sephora lip gloss (eww) and nail polish to collectible
vintage Louis Vuitton luggage.
The Monterey Herald reported that "even next-door-neighbor Sharon Lupus
-- wife of TV's ''Mission: Impossible'' strongman Peter Lupus -- lined
up and took a number for the chance to glimpse what was inside the home
Spelling has shared with Canadian actor Dean McDermott, whom she
married in May, about a month before the death of her TV mogul father
Aaron Spelling."
''I've never met her,'' said Sharon Lupus, who was No. 71 in line.
''We've kind of waved to one another from a distance.''
Steven ''Cojo'' Cojocaru turned on his charm for the cameras giving
play by plays on the shopping fray. ''Attention, Kmart shoppers!''
Cojocaru announced for ''Entertainment Tonight''
Speculation abounds for insiders who are followng the Spelling feud
closely. Candy Spelling's daughter's garage sale is also something Tori
is mining for reality television. It's an upcoming episode on Tori's
VH1 ''So NoTORIous'' reality television series, which allegedly has
angered Candy over her depiction in the show.
''I had to break away from the past and be ready to start anew,''
Spelling told People magazine this week about her yard sale. ''It's out
with the old, in with the new.
''I'm having the sale because we're moving and my taste has changed.
Plus I'm a notorious pack rat. I keep everything.''
Spelling enlisted the help of a professional estate organiser, and said
her belongings 'represented 15 years of collecting, buying and
designing.
''When's the last time you were at a garage sale where you could pay
using your Visa?'' asked Mathew Wallace of Palmdale, who bought Tori's
custom-made roller skates for $25, a rubber duck for $5 and a Furby toy
for $25. Reported the Los Angeles Daily News.
The new season of ''So NoTORIous'' has Spelling and McDermott leaving
Los Angeles to open a bed-and-breakfast.

I don't know why Anal Jones has never been nominated for KoTM - he could
certainly win IMO.

I am awed by her amazing trolling abilities - count me in as one of the

The only thing stopping Pam from using socks is her stupidity - she's
not smart enough to figure out how to do it... on her best days she can
barely handle posting as herself!

Yes - and unfortunately the skank whore wasn't selfless enough to
sponsor the kid's father so he could raise his son.
Nope - she had to have what she wanted (the kid) and to hell with
everyone else.

He'll be raised by a parade of nannies just like the skank whore's other
two accessories.

Today on Alex Bennett's radio show, a standup comic was on saying that
when comics heard that Robin Williams was performing at a club the same
night as them, they'd refuse to go on. He said that when he was first
starting out, he told Robin Williams his idea for immitating
celebrities immitating other celebrities and that he was planning on
doing Lawrence Welk (sp.?). If my memory serves, he immitated Lawrence
Welk cursing to immitated some other celebrity.
He said that Robin Williams act was prepared and that he didn't do as
much ad libing as people think and that he had writers.

OMG... I only watched 30 seconds of it because that's all I could stand.
And what's with cannibalizing old musicals for material - first "Fiddler
on the Roof" and now "The Sound of Music"?
Oh wait I know - Gwen doesn't have any actual creativity or talent and
has to steal from those who did.

I remember thinking when I saw their wedding pics that I'd never seen a
more miserable-looking groom in my entire life... he looked like he
wished he were dead... or like he was about to slit his wrists right
there.
I wonder what their marriage is like.

And she got an 800 on her SAT to prove it. Combined, that is.
